This policy explains how we use information submitted through package inquiry forms, partner application forms, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and email communication.
We may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city/province, selected package, monthly electricity usage, monthly bill amount, delivery need, installation need, referral code and notes you choose to submit.
For partner applications, we may also collect company/team name, industry, resource type, installation experience and expected referral volume.
We use submitted information to contact you, prepare quotation discussion, arrange local service follow-up, review partner applications, track referral codes and improve our service process.
Online submission is for inquiry and follow-up only. Final orders, payment and signed cooperation terms are handled offline with BaiTeESS Philippines.
Customer inquiries and partner applications are stored in the website backend and may be reviewed by authorized BaiTeESS Philippines team members for follow-up.
We do not sell submitted customer or partner application information.
